Quadrotics, develops advanced technologies for numerical-based measurement of human balance. The technologies we develop can be used by both healthcare professionals and end users.

There are critical elements that evidence-based health practices should have. These are; presenting the complex structure of human balance in an objective and documentable manner, tracking the processes related to pathologies, traceable treatment processes and recording the results.

Acting with this awareness, Quadrotics engineering team works in cooperation with clinicians and academicians with international experience in the field of motion sciences. We develop and produce software, hardware and other equipment in-house. For this reason, our balance platforms offer opportunities in the evaluation of human balance, far beyond subjective concepts such as personal skills, interpretation and experience.

Hardware

The human center of gravity (CoG) oscillates within the support surface in an extremely complex way. The signal that emerges at this time is an integrated response to the commands of the central nervous system (CNS) regarding the maintenance of balance. Studies conducted for many years indicate that by examining this signal and balance assessment can be put forward objectively.

Quadrotics’ seamless sensor architecture measures the movement pattern of the CoG with excellent precision. This measurement takes place a minimum of 80 times per second. This raw data obtained, reveals what kind of movement pattern the CoG followed during the test. This response of the MSS is also sent to the processor for later analysis.

Mechanical Design

The results can be followed on the relevant screens or can be exported for detailed analysis.
